Server Log Files

Contact Form

Our website offers the possibility to contact us directly via a contact form. After submitting the contact form, the personal data entered by you will be processed by the controller for the purpose of handling your request on the basis of your consent given by submitting the form pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR until revoked.


There is no legal or contractual obligation to provide personal data. Failure to provide the data will only result in your request not being transmitted and therefore not being processed by us.

Registration Form

We offer you the possibility to register on our website. After registration, the data provided in the registration form will be processed by us for the purpose of contract fulfillment on the basis of the contract concluded with the registration pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for the duration of the contract.

Live Chat Service

The website operator offers a chat service in which you can receive personal and partially automated consulting services. To use the chat, you must provide at least a valid email address. By using the chat service, you consent to the automated processing, storage, and internal use of your email address (and—if provided—your first and last name as well as data about your company or the products and services you use).

We also store the chat history for the purpose of resolving service requests and for internal training purposes.

This website uses security services (e.g., CAPTCHA services) to prevent non-human and automated input.

Google reCAPTCHA
